Taking part
Sharing a challenge with us creates no obligation on either side. You are not buying anything, we are not promising to build anything, and either of us can walk away at any point without cost.
What you send us
Please do not send confidential information belonging to someone else, personal data about your customers or staff, credentials, or anything you are not free to share. A description of a problem is what we need, not the data inside it.
You keep ownership of what you tell us. You give us permission to use it internally to understand patterns and to inform what we build. We will not publish or attribute it to you without asking first.
Early access
Where we say contributors get first access, that is an intention rather than a guarantee. Research does not always produce a product, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.
