These terms cover this website and taking part in Project Zero. They apply wherever you are. Project Zero is open to business owners anywhere in the world.

Project Zero is research. It is not a product, not a service you are buying, and not a contract for work.

Taking part

Sharing a challenge with us creates no obligation on either side. You are not buying anything. We are not promising to build anything. Either of us can walk away at any point, at no cost, without explanation.

You must be 18 or over, and describing a business you actually work in or run.

What you send us

Please do not send:

• Confidential information belonging to someone else
• Personal data about your customers, staff, or anyone else
• Passwords, API keys, or any other credentials
• Anything you are not free to share

A description of a problem is what we need, not the data inside it. If you send us something you should not have, tell us and we will delete it.

You keep ownership of what you tell us. You give us permission to use it internally to understand patterns and inform what we build. We will not publish it or attribute it to you without asking first and receiving a clear yes.

If something we build is influenced by a pattern we noticed across many submissions, that does not give you ownership of it, and it does not give us ownership of your business or your ideas. We are looking for shared problems, not taking anyone’s intellectual property.

Early access

Where we say contributors get first access, that is an intention rather than a guarantee. Research does not always produce a product. We would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise and disappoint you later.

This site

The content here is provided as is. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors, though we will try.

The Dunjeestudios name, the Project Zero name, the marks, and the written content on this site belong to Dunjeestudios Ltd.. You are welcome to link to it and quote it with attribution.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, and because Project Zero is free research rather than a paid service, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this site or from taking part.

Privacy

How we handle what you send us is set out on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country, including the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
